How do I open a compressed file?
Open Peek Compress and select the archive you want to work with from your Mac.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the app and use the restore purchases option to recover your Pro access on the same Apple account.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Files remain on your Mac and are not uploaded to a remote server by Peek Compress.
How do I report a problem?
Send an email with a short description of the issue, the steps you took, and your macOS version.
Which archive formats are supported?
Peek Compress supports ZIP, JAR, WAR, EAR, APK, AAR, IPA, EPUB, 7Z, TAR variants such as TGZ and TBZ2, and RAR. RAR is currently read-only.
What does Peek Pro unlock?
Peek Pro is a one-time unlock for advanced workflows such as editing archive contents, comparing archives, verifying archive integrity, creating new archives, and converting between ZIP, 7Z, and TAR variants.
